Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s career has spanned 29 years at Coca-Cola in a variety of roles. Motivated by learning and curiosity she has worked in Sales, Operations, Distribution and Marketing. She would sum up her experience as a team talent builder focused on delivering results and winning; a connector and collaborator who enjoys problem solving and making people, processes, and partnerships stronger! Elizabeth’s career has also included an executive search start up and organizational design consulting. As a Managing Partner of Arnold Worldwide she also has experience in marketing, and blue-ship client leadership. As a business leader she is confident in setting strategic direction and ensuring execution. Throughout her career, she has been proud to deliver on the operating income targets, marketing plans, contract renegotiations and business imperatives for success all while focused on leading productive, accomplished, engaged teams.

Elizabeth earned a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor or Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University. As she reflects on her life and career, she is excited to apply her business acumen to a purpose driven, value-based organization, The Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg Leominster. Her strengths are humility, empathy, openness, discipline, optimism, and vulnerability. All of which she applies to how she leads, works, learns, mentors, and gives back. Her community involvement centers around food insecurity concerns, homelessness, nature, and her most passionate volunteerism: children. Her service work spans The Soup Kitchen Ministry, Grafton Land Trust, Open Space and Recreation Board Member, Friends of the Library, previous Ronald McDonald House Board Member, Tend My Sheep, and Foster Board Review Panel for the Department of Children and Families Grafton.
