About Podcasting at the BGCFL

Our Podcasting program gives middle and high school members a real platform to share their voices, perspectives, and stories. Teens learn audio recording, interviewing, scriptwriting, and editing while producing original podcasts on topics they care about, from sports and culture to social issues and personal growth. Working in small production teams mentored by staff with real media experience, members build communication skills, creative confidence, and a portfolio they can take with them to college and beyond. For families looking for a unique outlet that combines technology, creativity, and self-expression, Podcasting is one of our most exciting programs.
